Imagine your child's delight in celebrating their birthday as the special character in their very own fairytale birthday adventure! - The Hip Hooray Party Room will cater for a 2 hour private party for your child which includes;
Your choice of character host/hostess and the colour theme party of you choice
Party invitations
A great list of party games and activities to choose from & fantastic game prizes
Your choice of yummy party food, unlimited drinks and a birthday cake
A group photo in a frame for the party child to take home
Supervised gift opening
A take home party box and balloon for each child
Upgrades and optional extras are available, information about these will be provided at the time of booking.
Party parents must organize 2 supervisors to be in attendance throughout the party, supervisors must be over 18 years of age.
It is preferred that only children attend the party, however if you want parents to attend you will need to notify staff and ask for a Parent Menu Package. Parents are not catered for in the standard party package, instead parents platters are available to order.
No outside food or drink is permitted on the premises unless arranged & approved by Hip Hooray prior to the party.
Party prices start from $280 per party for up to 10 children. Additional children can attend at an extra cost per head.
A non refundable party deposit of $55 is payable at the time of booking with the balance to be paid on the day of the party by cash, eftpos or credit card.
At the time of booking, the number of invitations required should also be given.
Upon booking you will receive your party planner. This along with confirmed party numbers and the names of each child attending must be returned to Hip Hooray 14 days before the party.
Unfortunately any party guest previously confirmed in the numbers, who does not attend the party, will still be included in the price as they will have been catered for.
